Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

The various sponsorship opportunities are subject to availability.
Sponsorship opportunities are for exhibiting companies only.

1.1. The booking fee of a sponsorship comprises of services stated in this booklet.

1.2. Unless otherwise stated, coordination, organisation, layout and design are the sole responsibility of SEPAWA® e.V.

1.3. All prices are quoted in EUR plus VAT where applicable. The relevant current price list applies.

A confirmation or consent by email is binding and is considered a booking.
Cancellation or refund is excluded after booking.

3.1. Balance is due 100% after receipt of the invoice.

3.2. Objections to the invoice shall only be considered in written from within 14 days of the invoice date.
