As you have already noticed, the board of SEPAWA® e.V. has decided to hold the SEPAWA® CONGRESS 2021 exclusively on a virtual basis.
The experiences with a virtual event in 2020 were very good. The platform was rated positively throughout by the participants. In the meantime, the system has been continuously improved by the manufacturer and provided with new functions. Especially in the area of the virtual exhibition, decisive innovations have been added with a wide range of possibilities for exhibitors.

Sorry, we have kept you waiting, but now it’s time – we present our new digital platform in a small manual. There you can find out more about your possibilities and where you can find the individual tools.
Whether it’s a lecture, a trade fair stand or new networking options such as our Matchmaking or Networking Carrousel, we make it easier for you to make new contacts. Chat with other participants and take part in video calls, note down details about your conversation partner in the notes and use your contacts for follow-up after the event. Our new digital platform in combination with our SEPAWA® CONGRESS App offers you this and many more possibilities.
But this is not all:
We say YES to a live event in combination with a digital platform. Face-to-face and virtual. This hybrid event combines security and communication in a new form. That is our goal! Visit the premiere of the SEPAWA® CONGRESS HYBRID.

On behalf of our official booth builder, the company Gries Werbung, we would like to remind you once again to send in the G1M order form.
This is mandatory for every exhibitor, even if you use your own stand construction or stand builder.
If you have the booth panels printed, our booth builder should receive the printing data by 31 August 2020 latest. Here we would like to point out that the walls will be printed only shortly before the SEPAWA® CONGRESS. Should the congress have to be cancelled, e.g. due to an official order, no costs will be incurred. Nevertheless it is important that the printing data arrive at Gries Werbung by the deadline, this is because of checking the data takes a lot of time.
