Last year we opened our doors to almost 3,300 visitors.

This year’s criticism concerning more time for the exhibition will be implemented with the new Exhibition Prime Time. The Thursday afternoon therefore is reserved entirely for you and our exhibitors.

Meanwhile, we have become the most important meeting place for the detergents, cleaners, cosmetics and perfume industry in Europe. More than 300 suppliers, manufacturers and institutions from all over the world present their products in the “Europe” and “Convention Hall II” exhibition halls.

Formulators need practical solutions to create innovative products. The Forum for Innovation at the SEPAWA Congress offers a multitude of application oriented scientific information.

69 speakers, 16 poster presenter from ingredient suppliers give insight in their latest product developments. Thus, all formulating chemists and marketing experts can learn about how to use these results of intensive research for the development and enhancement of new home care and personal care products.

Exhibition Floor totally sold out

 

The exhibition space for the 66th SEPAWA Congress in Berlin has been completely sold out! Despite increasing the space compared to last year, not one single booth is left available. Almost 300 companies – among them 61 new companies – from 64 countries will be exhibiting in Berlin, making the SEPAWA exhibition the most comprehensive event for Home Care, Personal Care and Fragrances worldwide.
With a focus on these three fields, detergent, cosmetic and fragrance formulators, buyers and R&D specialists have ample ways to meet their business in Berlin.

More than 110 conference speakers complete the vast offer of information.

 

“The SEPAWA Congress is the place to be, to meet ingredient suppliers and service providers in a communicative atmosphere. Here you meet peers and discuss business in a relaxed mood.”, says Robert Fischer, PR Manager of SEPAWA e.V..

SEPAWA Congress 2019 – Online Registration opening next Week

Registration opens:
Thursday, 25 July 2019 at 10:00 a.m. (CEST)

 

It’s official: the online registration for this year’s SEPAWA Congress is to open in a few days’ time.

 

On Thursday, 25 July 2019 at 10:00 a.m. (CEST), we will open the registrations for visitor, exhibitor and after event tickets. As we have some changes this year, please read the following information carefully.

Your Personal Account – NEW

For all registrations (including events of SEPAWA e.V. during the year), the creation of a personal account will be necessary in future. The advantage of this is that you can view all bookings and their status, invoices and pro forma invoices there, change them and download them again if necessary.

 

Visitor Tickets

The different ticket prices and categories can be found on our website below the menu item “Registration”. Members of the SEPAWA e.V., DGK e.V. and GDCh e.V. need their membership number in order to receive the discounted prices.

 

Exhibitor Tickets

On our website under “Exhibitor Registration”, you can book two free exhibitor tickets per booth. For this, you need your booth number including details of the area (z.B. A156, B302 etc.).

In your account, you can modify and adapt your booth personnel until 15 October 2019. After that, you will receive your badges per email. Every exhibitor is entitled to two free exhibitor tickets per booth. Extra exhibitor tickets cannot be purchased. Should you need any extra tickets, you can book these via registration.

 

After Event Tickets and Group Reservation

After Event Tickets are not included in the exhibitor ticket. To reserve an After Event Ticket, you may use the After Event Group Reservation.

Group reservations for the After Event are only bookable via a separate registration. Reservations per email are not possible.

As soon as the registration has been activated, you will receive a newsletter with the corresponding link, and on the website under the menu point “Registration”, a separate link will be activated. Here you can make your reservation.

Please note that this is only a reservation and not a booking. You will receive an acceptance or rejection note within 14 working days. You are allowed to reserve a maximum of 5 tickets per order.

 

Good to Know

Onsite Registrations will be charged with an extra € 50.00 (3 Day Ticket) and € 25.00 (Day Ticket).

No more long queues at the registration! Because your badge will be sent to you beforehand so you can print it out at home and bring it to the event. Badgeholders and lanyards will be available on site. That way, you won’t have to queue up at the event but can go straight in.

During this time, we have become the most important meeting place for the detergents, cleaners, cosmetics and fragrance industry in Europe. Every year, more than 3,000 experts from over 60 nations meet here to listen to over 150 oral and poster presentations and visit more than 300 exhibiting suppliers to the industry from over 25 countries.

 

This year, we will continue to expand the Flavor and Fragrance area and travel through the four seasons at the Get-Together with new fragrances and aromas.
Thursday afternoon belongs to you and to our exhibitors.
During our Exhibition Prime Time, you have the opportunity to concentrate fully on the exhibition.

 

Almost in keeping with our 66th anniversary, we are offering you a special lecture on Friday by Thomas Mueller-Kirschbaum on “60 years of the Sinnerscher Kreis”.

Not least thanks to you, we are Europe’s largest home, personal care and fragrance forum! Therefore we would like to thank you and surprise you with some highlights onsite.
